WHITROCK, Cecil, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Saturday, January 12, 2008 at the age of 65; dearest husband of Betty Whitrock; devoted father of Regenta (Clarence) Ouellette, Cecil R. (Kristi) Whitrock, Donald (Davina) Whitrock and Robert (Stephanie) Whitrock; beloved grandfater of 10; dear brother of Gerald (Marsha) Whitrock, Martin (Linda) Whitrock, Michael (Michelle) Whitrock, Mark (Cuqui) Whitrock, Joellen (James) Schuppman, Rosemary Whitrock and the late Roger Whitrock; dear son of Fern Agnes Whitrock and the late Cecil C. Whitrock. Mr. Whitrock was an Inspector with the F.A.A., served in the US Air Force, was a Mason and a member of the Spirit of St. Louis R/C Flying Club.
