Beloved husband of 53 years to Darlene G. Perkins (Thebeau) of St. Charles, MO; loving son of Edith Mae Perkins of Silex, MO and the late Cedric Carl Perkins Sr., beloved father of Sharon Pearl Garrison of Galveston TX, Patricia Jean Parker of St. Charles MO, Cedric Carl Perkins III of St. Charles MO, Timothy Lee Perkins Sr. of St. Charles MO; dear brother of John Perkins of St. Charles MO, Melvin Perkins of O’Fallon MO and Ralph Perkins of Houston TX; grandfather of 7 and great grandfather of 9. Cedric, born in St. Charles, Missouri, was a life time resident. He served his country in the United States Navy from June 9, 1946. He was Seaman First Class USN I. Cedric retired from A.C.F. in St. Charles, Missouri.
