Celeste M. Schneider

Schneider, Celeste M. (nee: Huber), of O'Fallon, Missouri, died on Thursday November 17, 2016, at the age of 91. Loving wife of the late Stanley A. Schneider; beloved daughter of the late by Joseph and Agnus Huber; devoted mother of Dave (Teri) Schneider, Ed (Theresa) Schneider; cherished grandmother of eight and great-grandmother of eight; and dear sister of William (Kathy) Huber. Celeste was also preceded in death by her son, Daniel J. Schneider; three brothers, Lawrence Huber, Leonard Huber, and Ferdinand Huber; and one sister, Nellie Schulte.

Celeste was a long-time member of Assumption Catholic Church, as well as one of the founding members of St. Barnabas Catholic Church. She worked for the Fort Zumwalt School District for over 20 years, first as a Custodian and then as a cook. In her spare time, she enjoyed quilting and loved to travel. Most of all, Celeste loved to spend time with her family. She was loved and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
