Mingus; dear brother of Tracey (Rusty) Williams; beloved grandfather of Jazmin and Justice Wisely; dear uncle of Danielle, Aubree and Shelby Williams; dear cousin of Michelle, Dylan and Devin Howard. He is also survived by his best friend and partner in life, Kara Feith and her 3 children, Ryan, Dustin and Lacee. Also survived by grandparents, aunts, uncles and friends. Tony was a plumber for O'Fallon Sewer Service for 8 years.
