Boswell; loving son of the late Rufus R. and Cora Virginia (nee: Walton) Boswell; devoted father of Judy Seifert (Ed), Mike Boswell (Maryellen), Dennis Boswell (Terry) and Chuck Boswell Jr.; dear brother of David (Joyce) Boswell and the late Betty Jean Medved; cherished grandfather of 6 and great grandfather of 11. Mr. Boswell was a member of Union Electric Veteran's Association and past president of the Navy League - St. Louis Chapter. He was a member of the Missouri Homebuilder's Association and past president of the St. Joseph Hospital Board of Directors, the Chamber of Commerce Man of the Year and Chamber of Commerce Man of the Years award winner and board member of the Boys Club of St. Charles. He was a charter board member of County Bank, Economic Development Corporation and state chairman for the USS Missouri Recommisioning Committee. Charles was a prestigious member of the community and was involved in many community organizations
