Loving husband of Regina Madeline Kennedy NEE: Bober; beloved son of the late Charles “Tobe” and Amy Stella Kennedy; devoted father of Andrew Joseph Charles Kennedy; cherished grandfather of Rachel Mary Kennedy; dear brother of Iona Charlotte Kirsch. Memorials may be made to the National Emphysema Foundation or American Heart Association.
