Charles Delano Signorelli

Dr. Charles Delano Signorelli of St. Peters, MO, passed away Monday, June 24, 2019 at the age of 85. Beloved husband of Peggy Signorelli of over 57 years; cherished son of the late Charles and Viola Signorelli; devoted father of Gregory (Annie) Signorelli, Kimmie Signorelli and Lisa Signorelli; loving grandfather of Tiffany (Erik) Wrolstad, Jamie Eicholz, Anthony (Jen) Signorelli, Nicholas Signorelli, Sophie Mantelli, Romain Mantelli, Haley Kopplin, Sal Revetta, and Dominic Revetta; treasured great-grandfather of Riley, Hunter, Hazel Mae, Winnie and Koa.

Charlie is also preceded in death by his sister, Frances Johnson.

Charlie was an optometrist for over 60 years. He was very active and enjoyed running in the senior Olympics, working out, and was very talented at handball. Charlie loved spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and especially enjoyed fishing with his children and grandchildren. He always had a coupon on him and was a friend to anyone. Charlie had a heart of gold. He enjoyed going on vacations with his family. He always put his family before himself and would do anything for them. Charlie was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Charlie’s name to The Salvation Army or Shriners Hospital.
