Charles E. Schlueter

Schlueter, Charles “Charlie” of St. Peters, MO, died on Tuesday, August 8, 2017, at the age of 88. Loving husband of Marilyn Schlueter and his first wife Virginia Schlueter; beloved son of the late Charles H. and Anna Schlueter; devoted father of Charles (Belinda) Schlueter, Eric Schlueter, and Rebecca (Brian) Kliewer; cherished grandfather of 8; treasured great-grandfather of 2; dear step father of Christine (Sam) Cameron and Yvonne (Dan) Reynolds. He is preceded in death by his sisters Bernice Lawson and Norma Schlueter.

Charlie proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. He enjoyed duck hunting, rabbit hunting, and woodworking. Charlie was very creative and inventive. He enjoyed spending his time at his clubhouse on the Mississippi river and traveling. He taught himself how to play the guitar and keyboard and was a very active grandfather. Charlie also loved donuts and chocolate.
