Charles Franklin Branch

Charles F. Branch, of O’Fallon, MO, passed away Sunday, December 26, 2020 at the age of 85. Loving husband of the late Pauline Branch; beloved son of the late John Obbie Branch and Sudie Branch; devoted father of Donna C. (Jim) Ohl and Charles F. (Leslie) Branch II; cherished grandfather of Joshua Branch, Zachary Ohl, Cory (Michelle) Branch, Matthew Branch, and Aubrey Branch; treasured great-grandfather of Titus Branch; uncle, cousin and a friend to many. Charles is preceded in death by his siblings, Woodrow Branch, Cleo Lorene Johnson, Irene Smith, Eldridge "Buddy" Branch, Amery Branch, Odell Branch, Verdell Newton, James Branch, Maylene Nowlin, and Obbie Burton Branch. He was also raised with nieces and nephews, Anna Mae Johnson Moore, Charles Monroe Johnson, James Smith, Imogene Smith Meeks, Laverne Smith, Evy Nell Auer, and Gerald Smith.

Charles was a man of great faith which he instilled in his family. He was a member of First Assembly Church of St. Peters, where he attended with Pauline. Charles dedicated 30 years at Caterpillar Tractor Company as an electrician and after retiring, enjoyed spending time hunting, fishing and golfing. He cherished every moment with his family, especially his grandchildren. Charles was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Memorials may be made in Charles's name to Convoy of Hope.
