Bonne Terre, Missouri

Charles Henry Hillemann, of Bonne Terre, MO, passed away Saturday, July 20, 2024 at the age of 82. Beloved husband of the late Gwendelyn Hillemann; cherished son of the late Charles and Rosemary Hillemann; devoted father of Charlie (Michelle) Hillemann and Steve (Amy) Hillemann; stepfather of Michelle Wilder and Gregory Beck; loving grandfather of Daulton (Miranda) Hillemann, Megan Hillemann, Ashlyn (Tommy) Russo, Logan Hillemann, Regan Hillemann, Jaden Hillemann, Krystal (Justin Winch) Wilder and Jason (Kayla) Johnson; dear brother of the late Lynn (the late Larry) Vito; Charles is also survived by his cat, Sammy. 

Charles was retired from Continental Baking and proudly and honorably served in the United States Army Reserve. He was an Elder at St. Paul Lutheran Church and was an avid fisherman and loved to fish with his fishing bother’s Rodbenders. 

Charles was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Memorials may be made in Charles' name to American Cancer Society.
