Memorials may be given to masses. He was a United States Air Force Veteran of World War II enlisting March 29, 1941 and honorably discharged as a Technical Sergeant October 6, 1945 while a member of the thirteenth Photo Ren. Squad. Was awarded 6 Bronze Stars, Defense Service Medal, Unit Citation, European, African, Middle Eastern Theatre Campaign Ribbon and the Good Conduct Medal for being a good boy. Mr. Miceli retired as an Industrial Security Staff Officer with the Department of Defense on January 6, 1979. He served a total of thirty-eight years (five years in service) with the United States Government. He is survived by stepchildren Bonnie Keightley (Bob), Roger Finders (June), Billy Joe Finders, Reggie Finders (Sue), Sam Finders (Donna), Frankie Roesslein (John) and Connie Hickman (Bob); his nieces and nephews Patricia, Mike, Sarah and Mary Pat; as well as twenty-five grandchildren and numerous great and great-great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his first and second wives Genevieve Miceli and Minnie D. Miceli, his stepson Bernie Finders and his brothers Sam Miceli and Joseph Miceli.
