Charles Merrick Becker

Becker, Charles, of Creve Coeur, Missouri, died on Monday March, 16, 2009 at the age of 81. Dearest husband of 58 years to Jean Becker, dear son of the late Ruby Becker, devoted father of Carol (Tom) Armstrong, Sheree (Carl) Fruend and Chad (Gina) Becker; cherished grandfather of Ashley Fruend, Jason Becker, Brittany Becker and Anthony Becker; dear brother of Audrey Lytle. Charles was loved and will be dearly missed by many cousins, in-laws and many, many dear friends. Charles was a servant of the Lord and lived his life accordingly. He was a member of Bonhomme Presbyterian Church and was an Artist with Universal Match Corp. for 30+ years before his retirement. He also served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. Charles had deep love for his family and friends and spent a great deal of time outdoors enjoying nature.
