Charles Strauss

Memorials may be made to Diabetes Association or American Heart Association. Strauss, Charles "Charlie", of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Saturday, December 13, 2008 at the age of 81. Loving husband of Adele Strauss; dear son of the late Theophil and Ruth Strauss; devoted father of Sandra (David Arnold) Strauss, Richard A. Strauss, Sharon (Ronald) Stahlschmidt and Gary (Lynn) Strauss; beloved grandfather of Erin, Cary and Ryan Stahlschmidt; dear brother of Richard E. Strauss and the late Margaret Baron. Charlie was employed for 44 years as a Supervisor with Emerson Electric, served in the US Army and was a member of St. Cletus Catholic Church. Burial will be at a later date.
