Charlotte L. Corzine

Memorials may be made to St. Charles Presbyterian Church Building Fund. Dearest wife of the late Carl S. Newell and the late Paul E. Corzine; daughter of the late John and Lottie (nee: Paige) Bruning; devoted mother of Carlene Newell Elmore(Bob), Peggy Newell Fridley, (Gale) and the late Bonnie Newell (Ken) Mades; dear sister of Keith Bruning (Marjorie), Kenneth Bruning (Idele), James Bruning (Florence), Dorothy Torgler, Ruth Cook and the late Willard, Raymond and Roger Bruning; beloved grandmother of 10, great-grandmother of 21 and great-great-grandmother of 1. She was also preceded in death by granddaughter Jeanne Mades and great-grandson Zachary Lee Elmore. Mrs. Newell-Corzine was a member of the St. Charles Presbyterian Church and the Womens Association and quilters of the church; she was a quilter at O'Dell Center. She enjoyed her large family, traveling, gardening and reading.
