Charlotte "Lotte" Schnare

Charlotte “Lotte” A. Schnare (nee Wilders), of Wentzville, MO, passed away Tuesday, August 27, 2024, at the age of 80. Beloved wife of the late David Schnare, Sr.; cherished daughter of the late Thomas and Charlotte Wilders. Devoted mother of Lisa (Ken) Huber; loving grandmother of Brendan, Allison, and Jeremy (Gina); loving aunt, cousin, friend to many. Preceded in death by son, David Schnare, Jr. and brother, Thomas Wilders.

Lotte's best friend and the love of her life was her husband, David. Together, they cherished camping, fishing, gardening, and spending every possible moment with each other and their family. Lotte especially adored her grandchildren, who were the true loves of her life. She was a remarkably selfless person, always willing to do anything for anyone. Lotte was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Lotte's name to Humane Society of Missouri.
