Chelsie Dionne Wilson was born March 7, 1989 in St. Charles, Missouri to the late Jacqueline ''Lisa'' Wilson. Chelsie is survived by her father, Harvey Nolden of St. Louis Missouri, two brothers: Christopher Wilson and Dirrell Taylor of St. Louis, Missouri and a sister, Crystal Wilson of St. Charles, Missouri; grandmother, Christine Wilson of St. Charles, Missouri and great grandfather, Woodrow Wilson of Doddsville, Mississippi. She was the dear sister of the late Latasha ''Tasha'' Wilson. Chelsie was a seventh grade student at Barnwell Middle School and a member of the Boys and Girls Club of St. Charles.
