Cheryl J. Mayfield, nee: Linville of St. Peters, MO, went to be with the Lord on Easter Sunday, April 5, 2015, at the age of 69. Loving wife of the late Stanley Mayfield; beloved daughter of Jesse (Melba) Linville and the late Zola Linville; devoted mother of Matthew (Mandy) Jorn, Richard (Libbie) Jorn, and Philip (Liz) Jorn; cherished grandmother of Zachary, Emily, Joshua, Luke, Alexandria, Jackson, Isabella, Xavier, and Addison; dearest sister of Nancy (John) Reid and Randell (Linda) Linville; step-sister of Jamella (Richard) Amos and Helen (the late Terry) Sanders; dear aunt, cousin, and friend to many.
Cheryl was a member of Jungs Station Baptist Church, where most knew her as the special 'Candy Lady' that loved to bring treats to the children. She enjoyed gardening and reading. Cheryl loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
