Cherished daughter of Kevin H. (Tammy) Shives and Judy Shives; dearest sister of Ernie Lee Washburn, Jr. and Carrie Lynn (Nick) Washburn; treasured granddaughter of Frank and Geraldine McMullen, Janice Alspaugh and Donald Shives; dear step granddaughter of Robert Alspaugh; dear aunt of Austin, Jesse and Zachary McFadden; dear niece of Joyce and Lloyd Dixon, Bill and Charlotte McMullen, Jerry McMullen, Kenneth McMullen, Kendell Shives, Kelly Shives, Keith Shives and Kristina Shives. Chey was a Junior at Winfield R4 High School.
