Chris Pruett

Chris Pruett (nee McCormack), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Saturday, May 15, 2021 at the age of 71. Loving wife of 44 years to Tom Pruett; beloved daughter of the late Mark and Virginia McCormack; devoted mother of Christie (Roger) Rodgers, Julie Hughes, Jason (Katie) Hughes, Tonya Hearn, and Mandy (Tim Princivalli) Pruett; cherished grandmother of Chase Hughes,Hailey Rodgers, Travis Hughes, Ethan Bergmann, Isaac Bergmann, Aiden Hughes-Taschler, Rorie Culley, Rylie Culley, and Silas Princivalli; treasured great-grandmother of Isaiah Hughes; dear sister of Gale (Gary) Boothe; and best friend of Carol Purdue. Chris is also an aunt, cousin and friend to many. Chris is preceded in death by her dear grandson, Quinton Rodgers; and her sister, Nancy Hausermann.

Chris had a loving heart and a unique personality that could make anyone smile. She was a dedicated and supportive mother who cherished her time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchild. Chris enjoyed camping with her family and was a member of the Foresters with her husband, Tom. She was also a member of a bowling league. In her free time, Chris spent her time fishing and enjoying her time on the water. Chris was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
