Loving wife of the late Kenneth Stegall; beloved daughter of the late Page and Nona Vinson; devoted mother of Linda Thomason, Stephen Clement, and Marty Clement; cherished grandmother of Stephen; dear sister of Sue Vincent; cherished aunt of Angie Simmerock.
