Christopher Schaeffer

Christopher Schaeffer, of Troy, MO, passed away Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at the age of 39. Beloved son of April (Charlie) Worsley and Michael (Jerri Lynn) Schaeffer; dear brother of Sara (Michael) Bazzoni, Greg (Erin) Worsley, Jessica (Kris) Hiestand, and Joel (Sarah) Brayfield; cherished grandson of Walt Schaeffer; treasured nephew of Richard & Shirley Stonum, Al & Deb Stonum, Scott & Peggy Stonum, and John & Judi Kapeller. Preceded in death by his grandparents, Walter and Merita Rocklage, and Jean Schaeffer.

Chris was diagnosed with neurofibromatosis at the age six and has been fighting the disease ever since. He was an avid fisherman, hunter, golfer, and hobbyist. Chris was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
