Christopher Scott Lewis of St. Peters, Missouri, passed away at the age of 56 on Saturday, June 5, 2021. He is survived by his parents, Roy and Lois Lewis; and his brothers, Richard (Susan) Lewis and Robert (Marsha) Lewis. Christopher was also a dear uncle and friend to many.
Christopher worked for Handyman Hardware for 28 years, and he truly enjoyed working with the customers and staff there. He also became a certified auto mechanic through Rankin Technical College.
Christopher’s true passion was building model railroad stations and trains. He liked to socialize with friends at the railroad club in Maryville, IL. He loved trains so much that he even briefly worked at Pacific Railroad.
Christopher enjoyed the outdoors and was fond of landscaping, and he tended to his yard with pride. He was an avid fan of both the St. Louis Cardinals and the Rams, and he had a great collection of Cardinals memorabilia. As a car enthusiast, he liked to follow NASCAR, and he looked forward to watching the races on TV.
A friend to everyone, Christopher was always very sociable and truly enjoyed talking with people. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Memorial contributions may be made in Christopher's name to the
American Cancer Society.
