Clemence “Tiny” Vogt
July 14, 1936 — February 24, 2020
Clemence “Tiny” Vogt, of Winfield, MO (formerly of Portage Des Sioux), passed away Monday, February 24, 2020 at the age of 83. Beloved spouse of Mary Vogt; cherished son of the late Anthony and Helen Vogt; devoted father of Laura (Ray) Jackson and Tony (Karen) Vogt; step-father of Raymond Arenz, Bebee (Dean) Wallace; loving grandfather of eight; treasured great-grandfather of twelve; dear brother of Marvin Vogt, Robert (Jackie) Vogt, Theresa Vogt, Susan (Mike) Cissell, Nancy Davis, Gloria (Rick) Hill, Marlene Silverberg and the late Joseph and Lester Vogt; sisters-in-law Gerry and Mary Vogt; Tiny is survived by many nieces and nephews.
Tiny proudly and honorably served in the United States Navy. He was a retired carpenter and member of Carpenters Local 1987. Tiny enjoyed hunting, fishing, woodworking and Home Improvement. He played baseball, well into his 20’s and he also played dart ball. Tiny enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, and he loved his grandchildren. Tiny was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Memorials may be made in Tiny's name to American Heart Association or in the form of Masses to Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Eldon, Missouri.
