Clifford Schlereth, Jr. of St. Peters, Missouri, died on Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at the age of 77. Loving husband of Alicia Schlereth (nee: Delgado); dear son of the late Clifford S. and Alice M. Schlereth; devoted father of Lynne Schlereth, Matthew (Alice) Schlereth, and Chris Schlereth; cherished grandfather of Kristina (Tim) Kuithe, Brendon Schlereth, Grace Schlereth, Jadyn Schlereth, and Christian Schlereth; treasured great-grandfather of Kameron Juch; dear brother of John F. Schlereth and the late Janet Livingston; and loving cousin, brother-in-law, uncle, and friend to many.
Clifford was painter with District Council #2 for 30 years. He was a member of St. Louis Bombers Rugby Football Club and a U.S. Marine veteran. He was deeply loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
