Clyde R. Williams, of Saint Peters, MO, passed away Thursday, November 4, 2021 at the age of 91. Beloved husband of 71 years to his soulmate, Angie Williams; devoted father of Michael (Claudene) Williams and Pamela (Mark) Makowski; loving grandfather of Nikki (Colin) Heath, Katie (Jimmy) Jackson, Matthew Makowski and the late Russell Makowski; great-grandfather of Jacob, Natalie, Ben, Rachel, Lindsay, Charlie, Sam, Ella and Olivia; dear brother of Jerry (Barb) Williams; Uncle, Cousin and Friend to many.
Clyde is preceded in death by his brothers, Harold Williams, Bill Williams, Charlie Williams, his sister, Alene Brune and his parents, Roy and Edith Williams.
Clyde was a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corp. and United States Army. He was deployed in Germany during the Korean War. Clyde dedicated many years to Emerson Electric and Planet Tool and Gear. He enjoyed fixing things and would often tinker around the house; he was able to fix anything. Clyde loved watching movies, especially old westerns. Overall, Clyde enjoyed being outside, mowing his lawn or spending time with his family. Clyde was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Memorials may be made in Clyde's name to Heartland Hospice or United Service Organizations.
