Beloved husband of Virginia Ramsey; loving father of Rita Ann Throop (David) and Galen W. Ramsey (Robyn); proud grandfather of Joshua Teare, Megan Throop, Ian Ramsey and Olivia Ramsey; brother of Nora Snider, Audrey Smith, Wyman Ramsey Jr., Pauline Hammons, Peggy Kneir, Charles 'Glenn' Ramsey, Frank Ramsey, the late Evelyn Jones, Marilee McKnight and Lena Brandt; brother-in-law of Nina Grooms; he is much loved and will be missed by all of his family and friends. Mr. Ramsey was a member of First United Methodist Church, Masonic Lodge 533 and VFW.
