Cody Jacob Deptula was born in Creve Coeur, Missouri to Tom and Kelly Deptula of St. Peters, Missouri. He is survived by his parents, nine brothers and sisters: Dylan Deptula, Laura Birch, Roxxanne Haithcoat, Tommie Deptula, Lance McDermott, Josh McDermott, Rosalie Deptula, Ashley McDermott and Jessica McDermott; grandparents, great grandparents, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Cody is preceded in death by grandparents, great grandparents and cousins.
