Cora “Coke” Hook

Cora "Coke" Hook, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Friday, January 6, 2012 at the age of 86. Loving wife of 55 years to the late Garald B. Hook; dear daughter of the late James I. and Sophie J. DeRoy; devoted and loving mother of Patricia (Leonard) Potter; cherished grandmother of Shannon (Matthew) Grant, Katie (Mike) Wagner, Jeff Potter, and Kyle Potter; prized great-grandmother of Kaden Grant and Veronica Jakul-Potter. She is preceded in death by her siblings, James DeRoy, Thomas DeRoy, Joe DeRoy, Nellie Gamel, Della Wolf, Lucille DeRoy, Marie Carlson, and John DeRoy. Cora was a longtime member of St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church and a member of the Ladies Club "Dawn Busters". She was also an avid bowler for many years, but her main passion in life was her family. Memorials may be made to masses at St. Robert Belllarmine Catholic Church.
