Lewis, C.R.: Loving husband of the late Peggy Lewis (nee: Bryant); dear son of the late Obadiah and Vivian Lewis; devoted father of Terry (Linda) Lewis, Bryan (Kim) Lewis, Kelly (Roy) Miller, and the late Elaine Lewis; dear brother of Faye Schenks; cherished grandfather of 10 and great-grandfather of 4. He is also survived by one niece, cousins and friends. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society or O'Fallon Christian.
