Freeman, Craig Lee, of Hazelwood, MO, joined his heavenly father on Monday, July 27, 2015, at the age of 57. Beloved son of Donald Freeman and the late Yvonne Freeman; devoted father of Jenna Whitmore and Dana Freeman; cherished grandfather of Quinn Whitmore; dear brother of Kim Freeman, Scott (Mollie) Freeman, and Tammy (Steve) Aulgur; and also a loving uncle, cousin, and dear friend to many; mother of his children Sue Wolff.
Craig was a man of unfaltering faith. His passion for Christ and love of life is a gift that he has passed on to everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him. Even in his early years, it was apparent that Craig was special. His mother often described him as a cheerful and imaginative boy with a great capacity to love. She and his father fostered those attributes to grow him into the man he became, that so many have known and loved. Craig loved the Lord. Second to that, he loved his family. His daughters were his world, which is evident in their testimonies of their father. The impact that this godly man has had on so many lives is a blessing to behold that no one will soon forget. Craig's time with us may seem short, but his memory lives with each of us forever. We mourn the loss of our loved one, but we absolutely rejoice in his rebirth into the kingdom of Heaven. This life, this earth, is temporary. What is eternal is the promise that we will all reunite in Heaven again one day.
John 5:24 Truly, truly I say to you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life. He does not come into judgment, but has passed from death to life.
