Cyril A. Fochs

Fochs, Cyril A., of St. Charles, MO, died on Wednesday, December 2, 2015, at the age of 92. Loving husband of the late Melba Jeanne Fochs; beloved son of the late Arnold and Anna Fochs; devoted father of Valerie Schneider, Bridget (Keith) Janis, and Debra (Dana) Burkett; cherished grandfather of Brandy (Steve) Withrow, Jennifer (Brad) Kirchner, Carrie (Jeff) Kohout, Andrew (Trisha) Janis, Amee Burkett, Rick Burkett, and Christopher (Brittany) Janis; and treasured great-grandfather of Kayla, Jenna, Parker, Carson, Jacob, Olivia, Emma, Lucas, Dana, and Dominic. Cy is also survived by many other extended family members and friends. He is preceded in death by his siblings, Clarinda Harrer and Wilford Fochs.

Cyril proudly served his country in the United States Navy during WWII. He was a member of American Legion Post 312, and VFW Post 2866. Cyril enjoyed gardening, making beer & wine, listening to Polka music, and eating, but most of all he loved being with his family.
