Memorials may be given to National Kidney Foundation. Mr. Jacobs is survived by his loving wife, Debbie Erwin Jacobs; dear father, Robert Jacobs; brothers, Barry Layton and Dr. Kent Layton; uncles Haold Jacobs and Donald (Carolyn) Jacobs. His mother, Thyra Allan Jacobs, preceded him in death.
