Daniel J. “Dan” Jung
September 15, 1942 — September 10, 2017
Jung, Daniel J. “Dan" of St. Peters, MO, passed away Monday September 11, 2017, at the age of 74. Beloved husband of the late Vivian Lynn Jung; cherished son of the late Victor and Mary Ann Jung; devoted father of Daniel (Terrie) Jung and Kerry (Ken Jr.) Gumper; loving grandfather of six; and treasured great-grandfather of four. Dan is preceded in death by his son Joseph Jung, his brother Robert Jung, and his sister Rosemary Beatty.
Dan dedicated more than 46 years as a Reference Librarian at Boeing. He kept himself very active by walking and taking on plumbing and electric projects. In his free time, he enjoyed reading, watching old films, and spending time with his grandchildren. Dan was deeply loved and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to SSM Hospice.
