Daniel J. Scherer

Scherer, Daniel J., of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Saturday, August 23, 2014 at the age of 71. Loving husband of Sally Scherer; beloved son of the late Joseph and Leona J. Scherer; dear special life long friend of Donald and Barbara Wussler; cherished uncle and Godfather of Susan Jokerst, and uncle of Marilyn (Mike) Humphrey and Christopher Wussler; beloved friend of aunt Sarah Roggentien and dear brother-in-law of Matt J Skomp; and treasured uncle of Chance (Jess) Skomp and Colton Skomp. He was a dear cousin and cherished friend of many.
Daniel was a banker for Commerce Bank in St. Charles, Missouri for 40 years. He was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church, and a 4th Degree Knight of the Knights of Columbus Council #823 and a member of American Legion Post #312.
