Daniel T. Lewis

Daniel T. Lewis, a native of St. Charles, MO, and longtime resident of Sun City, AZ, passed away Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at the age of 89. Preceded in death by his beloved wife, Mary Ann Lewis; his parents, Evan and Katherine Lewis; and his daughter, Mickey Bethmann. He is survived by his loving friend Reva Weekley; his children Sandy (Mitchell) Wooten, Cookie Pangilinan, Daniel (Corrine) Lewis, and son-in-law Dave Bethmann; his grandchildren Rick (Danielle) Biermann, Amanda (Buddy) Staats, Susie Bethmann, Laurie Ann Bethmann, Alex (Jessica) Pangilinan, Nicholas (Courtney Opich) Pangilinan, Ashley Lewis, Nicole (Billy) Kinner, and Jordan Lewis; and his great-grandchildren Dawson Biermann, Emma Biermann, Mia Biermann, Ava Biermann, Xavier Staats, Faith Staats, Ezekiel Staats, Madison Bethmann, Owen Bethmann, Rose Pangilinan, Ruby Pangilinan, Joselyn Kinner, and Aubrey Kinner.

Dan was an active member of the Elks, Lodge #2559 of Sun City, AZ, where he and Reva loved to dance. He was an avid trout fisherman and loved to travel. Dan was a true family man, and nothing gave him as much joy as family fun at the Lake of the Ozarks. He loved playing games and sharing good times with his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family and friends. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
