Danna Beth Hardt

Danna Beth Hardt (nee Lavender), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Thursday, November 30, 2023, at the age of 82. Cherished daughter of the late Harry Francis and Mary Elizabeth Lavender; devoted mother of Amy (Randy) Speh, Cynthia Lynn (John) McCorkell, Sharon Leigh (Jerry) Tryon, and stepmother of Tom (Lisa) Hardt; loving grandmother of Owen Speh, Emma Speh, and step grandmother of Jason (Liza) McCorkell, Danielle (Aaron) Clarke, and Aimee (Phil) Brownell; step great grandmother of Thomas and Nicole Hardt, Riley and Nyla Mcorkell, Olivia, AJ, and Eli Clarke; and dear sister of Mary Frances (Karl) Council.

Danna was a devout Christian and let everyone she met know of her relationship with her Savior, Jesus. After she’d introduced herself, the first question she would ask was, "What church do you belong to?" She will always be remembered as Grandma Hugs, a nickname given to her by her step-granddaughter, Danielle. Danna was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Danna's name to the Alzheimer's Association, Humane Society, or to a church of your choice.

Please meet at Jonesburg City Cemetery at 12:00 PM; There will be no procession from the funeral home.
