Dany Barton

Dany Lynn Barton, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Saturday, February 18, 2023 at the age of 59. Beloved wife of 29 years to Joseph Dean Barton; cherished daughter of Lucy Brunney; loving mother of Cheyanne (Eric) Antrobus, Brandon (Shariece) Barton, Nicholas Barton, Cierra Barton and Devon Barton; loving grandmother of Trinity Barton; dear sister of Destry (Derek McHenry) Brunney and Derek (Maggie) Brunney; esteemed daughter-in-law of Shelby “Joe” (Annetta) Barton; adored sister-in-law of Antoinette Calignaoan and Tim Barton; treasured aunt of Kinsey, Colt, Sophia, Elijah and Eliana.

Dany was kind, generous and had a heart of gold. She welcomed everyone with open arms and was someone who was truly non-judgmental. She put everyone else first and never had too little to give. Dany was always there to lend a hand. Family was most important to Dany. She loved her husband Dean with all her heart and cherished her children and granddaughter. Dany was very active in her children’s lives and participated in any activities they were involved in.

She was a dedicated sister and dear aunt, sharing so many beautiful memories with them all.

She loved to keep herself busy and never found herself sitting idle. She could find the 25^th hour of the day. Dany was involved in numerous hobbies, but among some of her favorites would include quilting, knitting, sewing, crafting and couponing. She loved to garden and often used those vegetables from the garden to cook some of her family's favorite dishes. 

Dany was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Dany's name to St. Jude's Research Hospital.
