Darlene Klitgaard Taylor

Darlene Taylor (nee Klitgaard) of St. Charles, Missouri, died (November 11, 2023) at the age of 92. Loving wife of the late Dwight D. Taylor for 62 years. Beloved daughter of Andrew and Gladys (Havick) Klitgaard. Devoted mother of Karen Taylor and the late Janice Taylor Kapeller. Cherished Grandmother of Casey (Spencer) Cohen, Andrea (Daniel) Hirsh, Soren Kite, Christopher A. (Maggie) Kapeller and Laura (Bryan) Davis. Loving Great Grandmother of Taylor, Margaret, Nora, Jack, and one on the way. She was preceded in death by her brothers Dr. Howard (Anna) Klitgaard and Richard (Mary) Klitgaard, and sister in-law, Virginia Taylor (Dr. Dale) Jillson. Darlene was loved by many nieces, nephews, and friends. She was a registered nurse, volunteer, and active member of St. Mark’s Methodist Church.
