David A. Allgire

David A. Allgire of St. Peters, Missouri, passed Sunday, April 29, 2018, at the age of 74. Beloved husband of Janet L. Allgire; cherished son of the late Harold A. and Mae F. Allgire; devoted father of Lara (Ben) K. Schreiner; loving grandfather of Noah Schreiner and Ethan Schreiner; dear brother of Robert L. Allgire, Floyd A. Allgire, and Tommie R. Allgire; and loving brother-in-law, uncle, and friend to many. David is also preceded in death by his brother William L. Allgire, sisters Bertha L. Allgire and Donna M. Allgire, and sister-in-law Caran R. Allgire.
David served in the United States Air Force and retired from the Federal Aviation Administration with more than 40 years of service. Most recently he worked with C.G.H. as a contractor for the F.A.A. Dave shared his love for antique tractors with his many friends in the ILL-MO Tractor and Engine Club. David was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
