David B. Norton

Dearest husband of Kathryn "Kate" Norton (nee: McVey), dear father of Holly (Kevin) Norton-Mattison and Laurel Norton; dear grandfather of Kyle and Jacqueline "Jackey" Mattison; dear brother of NorEtta (Tom) Clayton; dear uncle of Jamie (Gary) Hanak, Amanda (Roger) Schilling, and Tim (Gwynne) Clayton. He was preceded in death by his first wife Jacqueline (nee: Stager) Norton, his parents David B. Norton and Ruby Kramer (nee: Ryals), and his stepfather Harry Kramer. He is survived by numerous grand nieces & nephews, 1 great grandnephew, and a host of cousins & friends. He proudly served in the Marine Corp during the Korean Conflict. He retired from McDonnell Douglas after 32 years in manufacturing management, working on Mercury, Gemini, Apollo and later the Space Shuttle. He was a member of West Lake Church of Christ. He was a co-founder, officer, & honorary board member of Concerned Citizens for Animal Control of Warren County. He was a member of the Jaguar Association of Greater St. Louis for 45 years. He loved jazz music and restoring Jaguar automobiles.
