(Debbie) Mitchem, Jr.; loving grandfather of 5 ; dear brother of Fred Mitchem, Joe Mitchem, and Regina Crossland; loving brother-in-law, uncle, cousin, and friend to many. David was a Maintenance Electrician for St. Louis Ship.
