David A. Collins

David A. Collins, of Florissant, MO, passed away Monday, March 24, 2025, at the age of 74. Beloved husband of the late Linda Sue Collins; cherished son of the late Corinne and William A. Collins; devoted father of Beth (Kerry) James; loving grandfather of Jessica James; dear brother of Debra (Jeff) Smeltz and the late Craig Collins.

David loved his family more than anything, especially cherishing his role as Papa. A devout man of faith and dedicated member of St. Mark Lutheran Church, he was intelligent, hardworking, and quiet by nature. He shared 52 wonderful years of marriage with his wife, Linda, and found joy in solving sudoku puzzles, tending to his beloved plants and flowers, and spending time with his dog, Raina, and cat, Lena. David was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Memorials may be made in David's name to the Alzheimer’s Association or the American Heart Association.
