Dear husband of Dorothy “Dottie” Ball, former husband of Shirley Ball; dear father of Sharon Rhodes (Gary), Sarge M. Ball (Kathy), and James Ball (Sharon); step-father of Dennis Sherrill (Michele);dear brother of Helen Gaertner, Sargena Reed (Wesley), and the late Bennett Ball; dear grandfather of Jennifer and Zachary Rhodes, Andrew and Lauren Ball, Derrick Hedges (Heather), Shirlee Simonin, Stephen Sherrill, and the late Kristine Ball; 3 great-grandchildren.. Mr. Ball retired from Ford Motor Company as distribution manager after 40 years. He was a member of Masonic Lodge #246 Montgomery City MO and St. Charles Christian Church
