David Hulie Usher

David Hulie Usher of O’Fallon, MO, passed away at the age of 73 on Wednesday, July 7, 2021. He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Usher; his daughter, Dawne Montes; and his parents, David and Marcrea Usher.

David is survived by his children, David (Jenni) C. Usher, Lauri (Joe) Radican and Tina (George) Meier; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Jessica, Devon, David, Madelyn, Carter, Hannah, Grace, Gabriel, Grayson, Adam, Matt(Alyssa), and Chris; his four great-grandchildren; and his siblings, Joyce King, and Daniel (Vicki) Usher.

David was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and throughout his life was always extremely proud about his service to his country. He always spoke his mind and those close to him could rely on him to tell them what he was thinking. His generosity was limitless and he always looked for ways to give to others and help them. He will be remembered for his amazing sense of humor and his memorable, infectious laugh. Above everything, David was a proud father, grandfather and great grandfather who treasured the time he spent with his family. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Memorial contributions in David’s name may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
