David Charles Primeau

Dave Charles Primeau, of Saint Peters, MO, passed away Sunday, November 6, 2022 at the age of 77 surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of Joyce Mae (Hobelmann) Primeau; cherished son of the late Gilbert and Lucille Primeau; devoted father of Tony (Lisa) Primeau, Teri (Tony) Brown, Tina Primeau, Tami (Chad) Stendal; loving PawPaw of Amelia Primeau, Louis Primeau, Phoebe Primeau, Tonya Brown, Noah Brown, Isaiah Brown, Eleanor Primeau, Autumn Stendal, Christian Stendal, and Caleb Stendal; treasured great-grandfather of 5 great-grandchildren; dear brother to Donald Primeau, Wayne Primeau, and the late Gerald Primeau. 

Dave was involved in education, starting as a Physical Education teacher and ending as Activities Coordinator. During that time he also coached wrestling and football, as well as American Legion baseball with his son Tony. 

Dave was a proud member of the Knights of Columbus, PSE Fraternity, and Saints Joachim and Ann Church. He enjoyed golf and his grandchildren. Most of all he loved family time with kids, grandkids, pool parties and barbeques. PawPaw’s happy place was vacationing in New Smyrna Beach with his family. 

Dave was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Everyone who knew him will remember his infectious laugh and tremendous storytelling abilities; he never met a stranger. 

Memorials may be made in Dave's name to Sts. Joachim and Ann Care Service and masses.
