David Wayne Williams

David Wayne Williams, 53, of St. Charles, MO drew his last breath unexpectedly at his home on April 12, 2023. David was born on March 31, 1970 in Chicago, IL. He spent most of his childhood in St. Louis, MO where he attended Ritenour High School and graduated from Cleveland NJROTC in 1988. He was an athlete participating in both football and wrestling.

David attended West Texas A&M in Canyon, TX and graduated with a BSN in 2004. He practiced nursing in Amarillo, TX for many years bringing joy and comfort to scores of patients.

After many years living in Texas he moved back to the St. Louis area to be near family and his beloved Cardinals. Nothing gave him more pleasure than attending Cardinals games and cheering on his favorite team.

David was preceded in death by a sister, Kathy Wagner and parents Bob and Bernice Williams.

He is survived by brother Brad Williams, Albuquerque, NM, sister Karen Ash, Steinhatchee, FL, Barbara Magouirk, St. Charles, MO, Jan Williams, Albuquerque, NM, and Rachel Williams, St. Louis, MO along with many nieces, nephews, and friends.

David chose to be cremated. No service is planned but a celebration of life will be organized at a later date.
