Dean Ray Howes, of Saint Peters, MO, passed away Monday, November 7, 2022 at the age of 57. Beloved husband of Nancy Howes; cherished son of Virginia “Lorene” Howes and the late Dale Howes; son-in-law of Kristine & David Engquist; devoted father of the late Evan Howes and the late Olivia Howes; dear brother of Tawnie (Damon) Hooten, Troy (Carla) Howes and Tasha Howes; brother-in-law of Marci (Dr. Ralph) Damiano and Jennifer (Steve) Cole; special uncle to Deja, Drayden, Jarret, Connor, Dillon, Katie, Grace, Lauren, Emily and Caroline.
Dean was a creative person, he was an artist who drew and painted, but also was an excellent cook, specializing in Mexican food. He enjoyed the peace in being outdoors, watching birds or going on a hike. In his free time, he was an avid reader, who enjoyed his morning cup of tea, anything Science Fiction, Superheroes or watching Denver Broncos Football. Dean had three dogs, Joshua, Belle and Keebler, whom he loved as his children. Dean was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Memorials may be made in Dean's name to Stray Rescue of St. Louis or Siteman Cancer Center.
