Deanna D. Baker, (nee: Dungey) of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Friday, December 20, 2019 at the age of 80. Beloved wife of the late Phillip E. Baker; cherished daughter of the late Bill and Mary Dungey; devoted mother of Rick Baker, and the late Brian Baker, Kevin Baker, and William Baker; mother-in-law of Norm and Lorna Baker; loving grandmother of Trina (David) Long, Ronnie Poelstra, Kevin (Jamie) Baker, Jr., Jacqueline Baker, Timothy Baker and Brett Baker; treasured great-grandmother of fourteen; dear sister of Earl Ray (Deloris) Dungey, Marilyn (Keith) Chapman, and the late Vernell McAlpin and William Dungey; sister-in-law of David (Marcia) Baker, Glen (Lois) Snyder, Inez McAlpin, and Sue Dungey.
Deanna was a longtime and active member of First Baptist Church of St. Charles, and was also a member of the Red Hat Society. She enjoyed crafting and crocheting, and had played the piano for many years. Deanna is lovingly remembered for her very loving and kind nature, and was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
