Del Mahnken

Mahnken, Delmar "Del" of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Tuesday, January 6, 2015, at the age of 86. Loving husband of Jacqueline J. Mahnken; beloved son of the late Martin and Flora Mahnken; devoted father of Glenn (Laura) Mahnken; cherished grandfather of Curtis (Ashley) Mahnken and Ben Mahnken; dear brother of Leroy Mahnken, Marilyn (Rev. Earl) Zimmerman and brother-in-law Dave Gehrin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his sister Melva Gehrin.
Del was a proud veteran of the US Army and also a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church. Del enjoyed reading about history, and fishing. He enjoyed spending time at his house at the Lake of the Ozarks. But his biggest love was spending time with his family. He was a proud little league coach for his son, and was a dedicated grandfather who never missed any of his grandson's games or events.
