Denise Jensen

Denise E. Jensen (nee Harvey), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Thursday, October 24, 2024 at the age of 71. Beloved wife of Kurt Jensen; cherished daughter of the late Richard, Sr. and Mary Harvey; devoted mother of Stephanie (Kenny Swalls) Jensen; loving grandmother of Summer Murdick and Triston Murdick; dear sister of the late Richard (Margaret) Harvey, Jr.; treasured niece of James (Beverly) Love; Denise is also survived by her nephews, cousins and dear friends.

Denise was a beloved member of the Missouri Botanical Gardens and was a passionate gardener. She was known for her vibrant spirit and her love for nature, especially her cherished garden, where she found joy in planting and nurturing a variety of blooms. Denise also loved flamingos, she even decorated her yard with flamingo decorations and gave each one a name.

A true cat lover, Denise often shared her home with her feline companions, finding comfort and companionship in their playful antics. Her creativity flourished through her passion for glass art, where she crafted beautiful pieces that reflected her love for beauty and craftsmanship.

Denise enjoyed spending quality time with her husband sailing, relishing the tranquility of the water and the adventures it brought. Family vacations and cruises were highlights of her life, as she treasured creating memories with her loved ones.

Denise was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
